vitamin d sources
What are vitamins A, D sources. I know milk, fruit, cord liver oil. but can not tolerate fruity smell?

or can not drink cold milk without heating it. I still get Vit A supplements in meat. but Vit D is what Im worried of. Chocolate milk I thought that I have a cold. What other options except for Vit D in milk and fruit?

Fortifed cereal – that you can eat dry milk if you are phobic. Or a vitamin supplement. You can get enough Beta carotene, which your body turns into vitamin A, from red and orange vegetables like carrots, red peppers, etc. Your body can make vitamin D when skin is exposed you to natural sunlight – to try getting at least 20 minutes of sunlight a day. do not have to put on a swimsuit – just roll up your sleeves and be out for a while.
