Can I use to mix drinks whey protein isolate heated?
I was wondering if I can use hot drinks that the milk powder to mix with my whey protein. groups of all time in cold drinks. Stir and remain clustered.
I do what hekps that dissolve in the .. Moring i proteins dissolve in boiling liquid, then refrigerate for later cool and refreshing
